Phillip Martz holds a master’s degree in Plant Protection and Pest Management from the University of Georgia. He is a full time horticulturist, ISA certified arborist, and has held a commercial pesticide applicators license since 2012. He continues his education yearly by keeping up with news and industry developments (also required to keep up his certification and pesticide license).

 

Phillip found a calling to his profession when he started landscaping in 2006 during college. At first it started as a great way to have a side job to pay his way through school, but soon, he found a genuine passion and interest for protecting the environment and an enjoyment for working outside. 

 

Phillip provides top notch, personal consulting service and lawn care plans catered to each individual homeowner’s need.  Because of his background, he has an expert eye on spotting problems that might be more than just weeds. He really enjoys taking the time to answer questions and getting to know his clients.

 

In his spare time, Phillip loves spending time with his wife and two kids, takes on small wood craftsman projects, and enjoys learning about classic cars.
